Tense your muscles one by one, slowly moving up from the muscles in your feet and legs...to your tummy...to your shoulders and arms...and finally to the muscles in your neck and face.
Remember to hold each muscle tight for 10 seconds and then release it and relax.
Try and notice the difference in how you feel when your muscles are relaxed.
Remember it is a good idea to let an adult know if you are feeling worried or stressed and these feelings don’t go away. They may be able to help.
