- 300g pasta
- 200g raw prawns
- 1 handful of chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the prawns and continuously stir whilst cooking for 3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and spinach. Cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Mix together the cooked pasta and prawn mixture.
