Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 300g pasta
  • 200g raw prawns
  • 1 handful of chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the prawns and continuously stir whilst cooking for 3 minutes until they turn pink.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and spinach. Cook for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Mix together the cooked pasta and prawn mixture.
