Serves 1

  • 1 pitta bread (or pizza base)
  • 1 handful grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Your choice of toppings

  • 200g raw prawns
  • 1 handful of chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 cups frozen vegetable mix (e.g. peas, sweetcorn, broccoli carrots)

Chloe’s Colourful Cous Cous

Serves 4

  • 1 cup cous cous
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 10 cherry tomatoes or 4 larger tomatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • ½ cup sweetcorn (tinned or frozen)
  • Half a lemon
  • Dried mixed herbs (optional)

Tasty Noodles

  • Egg noodles (or other)
  • Salted peanuts
  • Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Sesame oil (1 tsp)
  • Honey (1tsp)
  • Any leftover veg or salad
